Munkey Barz, LLC DOES NOT accept returns for a cash refund. Munkey Barz, LLC will only accept return of incorrect/defective merchandise for exchange of a correct product in new condition. For an exchange to be honored, the complained of item(s) must be returned to the address below within 30 days from the date the item is delivered. To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept any returns of items that could constitute a health risk. Therefore, we will NOT accept return of used items. All incorrect/defective items that are unused may be returned for exchange of a correct product in new condition. All returned items will be inspected for verification of the condition of unused. Any returned item which is used will be disposed of and no credit or exchange will be issued. All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
We will not issue a partial exchange on a multiple product purchase; all products in the order must be returned together! For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent via a traceable carrier.
The customer may be charged a return services fee of $10.00 USD per order when an order is returned due to a bad address; this fee does not include shipping charges to reship the order to a corrected address. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
After we receive your returned incorrect/defective item and inspect the merchandise for verification of its unused condition, we will ship the correct item in new condition in replacement for the returned defective item. Please allow us 10 business days from the time we receive your item to process your exchange.
How to arrange your return.
If you would like a refund for an incorrect or defective item(s), please contact us at —– to obtain an RMA number to return unopened merchandise before you send the item(s) back to us. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. We cannot accept returned merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package! The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges for returning merchandise to us. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

If you opened the item and found it defective or if the item is not the one you purchased, please call our customer service department at ***-***-*** so we can resolve the issue for you. We will need to see pictures of the product in question to verify the product is defective or the wrong item shipped. Once pictures are submitted and verified as a defective product or the wrong item shipped, we will send a replacement at our expense. You must contact us within 90 days of delivery for us to replace a defective/incorrect item. After 90 days we will not replace nor refund for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
